Whether green cuttings, wood chips or building rubble - the optimised rear tippers type UHK are the ideal companions for do-it-yourselfers and hobby gardeners. Right at the start of the gardening season, the new UNSINN rear tippers with their power- and time-saving tipping function, the continuous robust steel floor and the patented load securing system offer versatile application possibilities. 

The new UNSINN rear tippers type UHK are equipped with the patented and DEKRA-certified load securing system Spinlock. The special feature of Spinlock: the lashing pins, which are symmetrically recessed on and under the loading area, can be loaded with up to 1000 daN (kg) and can be rotated through 360° and are self-aligning. When the dropside is open, the lashing pins can be pulled out very easily by means of a pot magnet with key ring. Spinlock thus offers more flexibility and efficiency in load securing.

Also part of the standard equipment is the solid steel floor that runs across the entire width of the vehicle. The flush loading edge without joints or recesses makes it difficult for dirt to settle. This makes the loading area extremely durable and easy to clean - in other words, ideal for working with bulk material. For easy loading and unloading of the rear tipper, the 300 mm high aluminium drop sides are equipped with four plug-in corner stanchions made of steel. With the help of the stainless steel fasteners, the drop sides can be completely folded down or removed.

All rear tippers are also equipped with the approved Pumpless hydraulic unit including socket as standard. Pumpless is a battery-powered wrench hydraulic system for tipping heavy construction waste, for example, easily and comfortably, without sweating or effort. The closed, completely welded and hot-dip galvanised steel frame profile provides optimum stability for tipping. In order to park the trailer safely, UNSINN has mounted an automatic support wheel with a load capacity of 500 kg and a manoeuvring handle on a separate crossbar for easy handling.
