The UNSINN tableware mobile in a practical test
In summer 2021, the EU-wide single-use plastic regulation will come into force. This obliges event organisers to stop using disposable tableware if alternatives exist for the tableware. UNSINN Fahrzeugtechnik recognised the trend towards plastic reduction as early as the 1990s. For more than 30 years now, the company has been successfully applying the motto "dishwashing instead of throwing away" with its mobile tableware trailer. The innovative trailer combines high-quality equipment with stylish design and thus creates optimal conditions for events of all kinds. The initiators of the "Sammersee Benefit Festival" in Schondorf am Ammersee were able to see this for themselves. There, the mobile tableware unit was in use for two days for more than 4,000 guests and scored points with its functionality.
"The ultra-modern equipment, the technical finesse and the variety of possible uses were decisive factors in our decision to use the UNSINN mobile tableware unit. Thanks to the two large fold-out tables, the all-round rain-protected, illuminated work area and the storage space at the back, the mobile dishwasher was clearly more than 'just' a dishwasher," says Jonathan von der Hoeden, chairman of the organising association "Sammersee e. V.".
