Just in time for the beginning of autumn, UNSINN Fahrzeugtechnik is launching several further developments of its tipper trailers. In this way, the medium-sized family business once again shows why its tippers are an absolute must for professional use. As true multi-talents, they easily master the most diverse applications. Bulk material such as sand, chips, soil, gravel or natural stones are transported just as effortlessly as construction machinery, mini excavators or lawn mowers.

The three-way tipper type UDK-S is now available with 400 mm high steel side walls and integrated powder-coated net and tarpaulin bar in black-grey. The model complements UNSINN's innovative UDK trailer series. Also new: The patented Spinlock load securing system, in which the lashing pins are installed flat in the bridge floor, is now part of the standard equipment on all UDK models. All UDK models have an integrated ramp shaft with folding licence plate holder as standard. The load floor of the UDK can be tilted on three sides by means of electro-hydraulics. If the e-hydraulics are not available for tipping, the tipper body can be moved easily and conveniently with the help of the pump hydraulics, which are installed here as an emergency system. A continuous steel floor across the entire width of the vehicle, which enables easy cleaning, as well as the solid construction of the tipper body and the frame give the UDK its special robustness. This makes the tipper optimally equipped even for heavy loads.

There is also an innovation in the DUO type machine transporter two-way tipper. In addition to the electro-hydraulics, it has a Pumpless emergency pump - a convenient alternative to the hand pump. It is very easy to use: for quick and easy tipping, the trailer can be completely tipped in an emergency with the help of a cordless screwdriver in less than two minutes or moved to the desired position in a controlled manner. Even heavy loads can be moved and unloaded effortlessly. The pump can be driven with all commercially available cordless screwdrivers with at least 45 Nm torque.
