UNSINN Roll-Off Tipper now with soft start control

New hook lift - maximum operating comfort

We are setting standards on the market with our new roll-off hook and the standard soft start control. The advantage lies in the extremely precise operation of the hook lift, which allows the roll-off container to be lifted, lowered and tipped gently and in a controlled manner. A soft start control system is a unique feature in the industry for vehicles in the 6.5 to 12 ton gross vehicle weight class.

As of now, all UNSINN brand roll-off systems are equipped with the specially developed and in-house produced hook lift with soft start. Jerky unloading of containers is a thing of the past thanks to the new system: Thanks to the intuitive operation of the roll-off hook, the roll-off container comes to rest on the ground in a controlled and quiet manner. The soft-start control also benefits the high-quality vehicle components, which are thus protected even more. The radio remote control with optimised power supply guarantees maximum convenience, both when picking up and tilting the container. This allows all hydraulic functions to be controlled simply and conveniently at the push of a button. Another plus point: The modular design of the UNSINN roll-off system offers numerous options for retrofitting the vehicle individually, for example with a crane preparation or a hydraulic locking system that can be used to secure the container. The hydraulic system at the rear enables, among other things, the operation of an attached dump truck or sump cleaner.

UNSINN's roll-off system moves roll-off containers with a lifting and tipping force of 5 to 7 t and is adapted to the permissible total weight of the respective vehicle. To protect against corrosion, the roll-off hook - consisting of one push and two tipping cylinders - as well as the specially designed, sturdy rear underride guard are completely hot-dip galvanized. The high guide rollers at the rear ensure optimum alignment of the roll-off container during loading and unloading. Thanks to the large tipping angle of up to 60°, the transport area can be emptied quickly and efficiently - ideal when bulk material is to be transported. The UNSINN roll-off systems are manufactured according to DIN 30722 Part 3 and thus ensure the transport of standard as well as individual special containers with vehicles of different classes (3.5 t to 12 t zGG).
