Even more efficient, even more functional and with even more power: The new UDK Three-way Tipper from UNSINN.
The new Three-way Tipper Type UDK 3542-14-2040 from UNSINN is not easy to outperform. Developed for professional use, it complements the already established models of the UDK trailer series and shines with innovative features. The trailer will be available from UNSINN dealers from mid-December 2020.
As a true all-rounder, the Three-way Tipper Type UDK 3542-14-2040 easily masters a wide variety of applications. It transports bulk material such as soil, gravel and chips just as effortlessly as construction machinery, mini excavators or lawn mowers. This makes it an indispensable helper in gardening and landscaping as well as on the construction site. "With our new Three-way Tipper and above all with our new and patented Spinlock® load securing system, we are setting new standards in terms of quality,efficiency and safety," says Josef Unsinn.
More functionality: The new UDK has an integrated ramp shaft with a folding license plate holder as standard. This means that the ramps are safely stowed under the loading area while driving and elegantly hidden behind the license plate holder. This is only available from UNSINN.
More efficiency: The loading area of the UDK can be tilted on three sides by means of electro-hydraulics. If the e-hydraulics are not available for tipping, the tipper body can be moved easily and conveniently with the help of the pump hydraulics, which are installed here as an emergency system. A continuous steel floor across the entire width of the vehicle gives the tipper its special robustness.
More power: The new and patented Spinlock® load securing system ensures that nothing is lost during transport. This is made possible by the new lashing pins, which are recessed into the bridge floor. The lashing pins can be loaded with up to 1,500 kg each, both on and under the loading area, for example with a belt loop. This means that the tipper is optimally equipped even for heavy loads such as construction machinery.
As befits a true UNSINN, the new Three-way Tipper is equipped with a fully welded and hot-dip galvanized frame. The increased number of cross members, in combination with the new steel floor, guarantees optimum load distribution.
